Great challenge Linda, thanks for starting it!
I will try to diversify better than I have in the past. Some swimming, some strength training, some dog walking, some yoga, some ballet, some gardening, and a mix of horseback riding and running (my daughter and I go on trail rides where we switch off riding. I'm at goal weight but still would like to build some more muscle and get rid of some flab. I don't rely on the scales but just enjoy all the beautiful challenges exercise has to offer. I won't kill myself but I will enjoy that my body can move and challenge myself but not so much to get injured.
You can talk to God all you want and that's great, but the changes happen when you start listening to him.
