I'm number 9 today.

When I first joined Spark, I was motivated by my rank, then I found out that people could add their fitness minutes a month in advance. Whether they do it or not, it's still counted.

This evening, mine is 120.
I dropped in the team rank from 113.
But, I increased my cardio minutes to 282.
My cardio a week ago was less than 55".
I did a lot more strengthening last week than this.

When I first joined SP (which actually wasn't that long ago) I had to answer a questionnaire, and SP decided to put me in a modified category that doesn't have all the items that most others have.
I don't know if it's because I "only" had to lose 40lbs, or if I only planned to use the exercise videos and had no intention of joining a team (ha, ha -- how things changed).

My Exercise Minutes only worked when I logged them in the first couple of days -- then I don't know what happened and I didn't care enough to bother with it. I don't really need it to motivate me to do things.

I do pay attention to SparkPoints, though.
