My motivation is healthy, but my patient for getting weight-loss results is thinning out a bit
My motivation seems to have climbed on the sleigh and left with Santa Claus!
To make matters worse, I've had appointments this week that interfered with my water aerobics schedule, & now I'm battling a cold/sinusitis. I hope to be back in the water & on track early next week!

Most days my motivation is high but cold weather really throws me curves-I don't like to get out and walk when it is cold so try to do a lot of exercise inside but not always as good as I should be.
My motivation fluctuates, but overall I'd say it's strong because I NEVER want to go back to where I was before I joined SP. I have more energy, feel better, last longer, have a better self-image and I have better goal setting skills than I ever did. 'Nuf said.

My motivation is good as I have my Hubby who really gets me going. He is very hyper all the time he is like the energizer bunny. I love it.

sickness is getting to me right now...achy still from being sick so not moving around much..
Don't make someone a priority when your not even one of their options....
When you feel like giving up remember why you held on so long in the first place.
Motivation and willpower strong. Committed to continue. I WANT this. I want to be fit and continue to feel the way I do now.
Wish I could understand the dynamics of why this is working now but not before, at least not consistently. I give credit to SparkPeople and SparkFriends bigtime.
Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results.
