I only go to the office 3x each week but, like you guys, I pack for the week and take all three lunches into work on my first workday each week. We have a big fridg, so storage at work is not an issue. Often I'll make soup on the weekend (this week bean & kale) and pack serving-size containers for my week at work.

Hubby and I always make our sandwiches/lunches the night before, right after supper. So you are cleaning up along with the supper dishes and kitchen is closed when we are done. Sometimes I cut up fruit for myself in the morning.
Remember you can be a miracle: it may seem small to you but can make smile or lend a hand to someone else.

Agreed - I do the same kind of thing but I don't generally eat bread. So I buy baby carrots, celery, apples, hummus - whatever produce is on sale really. Then I wash and bag for the week. I generally add an ounce of cheese (calcium) and I have lunches for the week for a very low cost. Healthy and cheap - you can't beat it. Also, if you eat the same stuff for a week you can just copy your lunch every day, which saves tracking time!
To save money and calories, many of us pack lunches for ourselves and our families. On Saturday or Sunday evenings, I pull out 5 bags that I will use for my hubby's lunches for Monday through Friday. I have zip lock bags ready to bag the snacks for each day= chips, cheese curls, pretzels,etc. I pull out the dessert- cookies, granola bars, fruit cups, pudding or whatever you decide. I assemble each lunch with one snack item, dessert, and fruit. I place these bags in the refrigerator till I need them. All I need is to add a sandwich and I am done! I even place 2 pcs of bread in the freezer in a zip loc. The day before- I take out the frozen bread, add mayo and mustard along with ham, turkey or whatever and put it in my premade lunch bag. You are ready to go@! It is fresh and defrosted by the time hubby is ready to eat it! A real time saver for me!!!!!!!!!!
