I have a SIL that changes her décor of her home it seems ever year. So, she is always asking one of us if we want something. The last time we were down to visit she gave me a new jacket and 2 new pillows that go with my guest. So, I now don't have to make them which I was planning on doing. I was just looking for the right material in the left over area.

I guess I'm a picky frugalist. I only buy cosmetics and skin/hair care products that are all natural. But I do make my own by buying healthy oils like Jojoba, Coconut Oil, Almond Oil, Olive Oil and Bees wax in bulk and make my own or wait for sales at our food co-op. Birgit
You can talk to God all you want and that's great, but the changes happen when you start listening to him.

My mom is not a frugalist nor does she enjoy simply living. Her loss is my gain! When I am running low on grooming items (shampoo, lotion, etc) I ask for her cast-offs. Many people have partially used products in the back of their cabinets. Do you know anyone like this you could utilize as a source to "shop"?
