What a wonderful idea! I am going to start doing that!!!!
EXCELLENT suggestion. I use several local restaurants for just that reason. They offer birthday freebies and more.
Things are not what they seem, THEY ARE WHAT THEY ARE.

As a mother of four kids - this is awesome information - thank you.
Debra Sue ~
Deal-Seeking Mom has a huge list of places where, if you either sign up to receive emails or "like" them on Facebook, they will send you coupons for birthday freebies, such as meals, desserts, appetizers, etc.
One unusual way I use this is to sign up my niece and nephew for their favorite places, using my own email address (so that the vouchers come to me). That way, I can take them out where they want to go on their birthdays, but save a few bucks on dinner and use it toward a gift instead.

Some may say that I can't dance, but no one can say that I don't dance.
