I have to give myself credit right now. I'm having a rough day at work and I usually go for the candy machine. HOWEVER, today I came prepared after planning my meals yesterday, and I had pears available. Not as sweet as chocolate, but worth not feeling I let myself down afterwards.

i lost 2.42 pounds last week . but i feel that I gained after several days! although my workout is continious. I learned that i should stop eating too much! I am glad that even if it looks like that i gained, (i will inform yall tomorrow) I am still giving myself credit because I was able to make small changes in my lifestyle. I was craving for junkfood this afternoon so i bought a little bag of chips. Before i used to devour the whole big bag of chips but now my portion is controlled. I dont want to be obsessive about the numbers! really! but it feels good when u see ur weight decreasing! I hope this little changes that i was able to carry out will be permanent.
