I want to be more consistent with logging and not over-eating at the weekend.

New goals:
Eat Positively
Exercise daily (that one is already achieved)
Experiment with 3-5 meals a day
Avoid binge for at least 3 weeks.

I've been here at SP for a couple years now but have never been really active in any teams, but I would like to join this challenge.

I have just re- started The Becks Diet Soultion today is Day 1 and my exercise is next to nothing so here is my Personal Push

* Follow the BDS daily as written
* 1400-1500 cal daily keeping carbs below 100g
* exercise 20 mins 2 times a week

my goal is to track honestly, stay on track calorie wise at 1400 per day. i exercise 6 times a week

My personal push will be to work out more (at least 3x a week), avoid holiday treats as much as possible, plan a healthy, low-fat, low-sugar, Christmas dinner, and track all eating daily, except perhaps for Christmas day and New Year's Day, just because I expect to be busy.

there is no way i could eat 1750 and lose. I eat 1750 right now and that is maintainig my current weight. My plan is to eat between 1250 and 1400 calories per day and track that honestly

Great GWYN! I'm going to focus on my eating plan too, I think. I've finally adjusted to the lower calories so I think my plan will be 1750/day with one splurge day of 2000. I also need to establish a home-based workout plan for the break in my gym classes and the coming winter weather.
