I'm running a 5K on March 12th, our local Senior Olympics 5K Road Race. I'll check out your link. I've never run ever before, so this is new to me. I had my feet and running style evaluated at local fitness shop and bought new shoes, a heart rate monitor that is still in the box, and a new sports bra. I've done a 5K on the treadmill repeatedly, but just done it outside 3 times. Each time it has gotten easier. I'm to run Saturday morning of this week as well. Race is the following Saturday.
