Completed both days and garnered much from it.
Day 2, pick 2 reasonable diets. I chose counting calories and food group exchanges. I have great information on these two options and they give me the freedom to choose. That is important to me.
Day 3, Eat Sitting Down. This is one that I have yet to master. I taste, nip, and pick. There is so much that I do not count. Between the time I read this and made myself breakfast I caught myself hand to mouth 4 times!! I checked off my to do list.
I posted a bright green index card on the fridge. It says nothing but I KNOW it is telling me to eat sitting down. I put my special plate on the counter behind my food scale as a reminder also. It is a luncheon plate size and everything I eat goes on this plate. I have gum to chew when cooking to prevent me from hand to mouth errors.
Today I had a Hershey miniature chocolate on my plate at the table!
