Week 2 calorie average 2012, still over 2000 and over from 2008 last week but it was much lower than I thought it would be. I'm going to get below 2000 this week I know it!!!

Forgot to post - week 1 of march goals, increased exercise yes. My average calories per day was 2008, not quite at goal but pretty close. Still hard not to set unreasonable goals for myself but I'm working at. If I can't consistently keep to 2000, I definitely can't do 1800 or 1600.

Hope everyone is doing well on their goals

Calorie Range = 1576 to 1600

3/5 calores 1565, calories burned 2391, steps 8325

Calorie Range = 1576 to 1600

March 1 - 1578 calories, stationery bike.
3/2 - calories 1604, burned 1694. 2178 steps
3/3 - calories 1600, burned 2011, 5897 steps, 30 min of aerobics.
3/4 - calories 1995 - stength training, ? steps, ddn't track. Afternoon horrble sinus headache.

I am going back to paper visuals this month.

My goal this month is to use graph paper to chart my weight and my exercise on the same page. I am hoping to see a distinct correlation between what I lose (or don't) and how much effort I put into exercise.

I think I can prove something to myself.

Plus I am using the calendar for the month and I will use the visual. I seem to need these visuals for motivation; no excuses allowed.

Do Not Be Afraid or Discouraged.

Moonshadow - I like your average weekly calories idea - will use myself to keep from focusing only on the good or bad days.

March Goal: Aerobic exercise 3 x per week. I tend to prefer walking & pilates, need to get my heart and lungs stronger. Track/Plan meals the same day. Average daily calories under 2000.

Keep my mantra going: Consistent and manageable

My goal for March will be to pay attention to portions and limit calories to 1400-1600 per day. Continue to eat more vegies, exercise most days, not snack at night, read my response and motivation cards daily, and be faithful about journalling.

I just read Day 10 - setting realistic goals - how cool is that!

My goal for March:
1. Lose 5 pounds
2. 5 Days per week of planned exercise
3. Fit spontaneous exercise in at work
4. Log at least some meals every day

I will post here every Monday with the previous week's results!

Week 1 Thru 3/6
SW 141.5 EW 140 GW 136.5
6 Days of planned exercise - check!
Spontaneous exercise with Quickfire Challenges - check!
Log meals every day - half check :(
I need to log on from home for just a couple minutes on the weekend to help stay on track!

Week 2 - too scared to weigh in :(
5 days planned exercise - woot!
spontaneous exercise - check!
Logging meals - weekend away with girlfriends so nope...and that's why I'm afraid to weigh in :(

Week 3 - Weight 139, down 2.5 for month, 2.5 to reach goal - woot!
5 Days of planned exercise - check!
Spontaneous exercise - most days, but not as much as I wanted
Log meals every day - Double Check! First time hitting this one emoticon

Week 4
Weight 140.5 - eeeek! Not gonna let it get me down!

I have been slacking on the spontaneous exercise. I really need to start working on that in April.
