I went over yesterday, mostly because I ate crackers in the evening to deal with some stomach issues. My weight has been swinging wildly the last two days because (I think) of said issues. Things seem to be calming down so I'll try to post an official ending weight tomorrow. I know I've lost 2.5 pounds and have seen lows down to 5.5 pounds so the truth is probably somewhere in between
Better today. My lunch got interrupted by a phone call, then I had to run, hence no fruit or veggies (I had fruit for snack). Still working on matching my plan to my eating-- that's a Beck step I keep coming back to.

Tuesday: I ate oddly today-- no real plan, but kept adding fruits/ veggies to make it seem more balanced... and too much sweets. Still staying within my range, but I really need to start planning meals. Once classes start again next week I won't be able to get away with this (AND this challenge is over! oh no!) Breakfast: pumpkin pancake w/ butter and syrup; nonfat yogurt w/ banana (379)
