Weight today 209 = down 5 lbs, was hoping for more, but I take 5 lbs.

Thanks Sweet Orange!

I went over yesterday, mostly because I ate crackers in the evening to deal with some stomach issues. My weight has been swinging wildly the last two days because (I think) of said issues. Things seem to be calming down so I'll try to post an official ending weight tomorrow. I know I've lost 2.5 pounds and have seen lows down to 5.5 pounds so the truth is probably somewhere in between

A very good day, even did 20 minutes on the Total Gym this morning. Dusted it off and wiped it down, so its clean and ready to go. Now I just need to be consistant and get my butt moving.

Stayed on my meal plan except to improvise a more solid snack after aerobics than I had thought I'd want (I stayed for two classes so needed some protein instead of my planned treat)

Breakfast: egg w/ extra white; 2 ww toast w/ butter banana (381)

Lunch: turkey burger w/ moz cheese sandwich; coleslaw (543)

Dinner: brown rice w/ broccoli and chicken and cheese; coleslaw ( 608)

Snack: mg English muffin w/ butter and pnb; banana (329)

Total: 1862

Better today. My lunch got interrupted by a phone call, then I had to run, hence no fruit or veggies (I had fruit for snack). Still working on matching my plan to my eating-- that's a Beck step I keep coming back to.

Breakfast: peanut butter toast; banana (424)

I ate oddly today-- no real plan, but kept adding fruits/ veggies to make it seem more balanced... and too much sweets. Still staying within my range, but I really need to start planning meals. Once classes start again next week I won't be able to get away with this (AND this challenge is over! oh no!)
Breakfast: pumpkin pancake w/ butter and syrup; nonfat yogurt w/ banana (379)

Yesterday my weight was up a pound for official weigh-in, up two from the low of 205.5 I saw before Thursday. Today I'm back down a pound so hoping the rest goes quickly. Total weight loss now 3.5

range: 1700-1900 still
