Saturday: I'm slightly annoyed with myself because I went over by 100 calories due to forgetting to add the cheese I had on my sandwich for dinner. I always base my post dinner snack (or lack thereof) on how many calories I have left, so as I result I overate by about 100 calories. SIGH. Oh well, its not much and tomorrow I'll be more careful. Usually I enter everything and then look it over to be sure it all went through, right amounts etc (once I entered 20 tablespoons of mayo-- that was alot of calories LOL)



Breakfast: ceral w/ soy milk, almonds, banana (519)

Lunch: salmon, pasta, asparagus; clemetines (579)

Dinner: chicken and cheese on thin; banana; multigrain tortilla chip (505)

Snack: buttered popcorn; juice (272)

Anything Goes: chocolate (155)

I splurged Thursday night as planned (2600 total)

Today we unexpectedly went to an Indian buffet in Chicago for lunch before heading back--soooo good and nothing we can get here so I let myself eat more than I normally would. I definitely felt full afterwards but not terribly so and I came in under for the day.

Did 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning. Walked at the mall and will be doing another 30 minutes on the treadmill this evening.

Tuesdays calories=1941 and 24fat grams My goal was no more than 1500

But I am giving myself credit for the fact that I the thought of really binging on everything in site popped in my head and I got past it. But I need to get past my afternoon hunger pains...

I did work out good though. Did 10 min of spin, 45 min of a killer resistance training routine and 30min on the eliptical plus a 20 min walk later with my kids.

I weighed in Saturday and I was at 173. I've gained a few pounds over the holiday :( My calorie range is 1200-1500 and today was the first day in 3 days I went over at 1775. But I did paint my daughters room and do A LOT of housework so I'm not too worried about it. I'm hoping to not go over 1500 tomorrow and get my 2hour workout in!

Calorie range - 1400 to 1600

Started on my Wii Fit today, alot of getting ready & questions. My Wii age is 74!

I had acutal exercise for about 15 min, the other 30 was setting up etc.

Will not give up ! emoticon

REMEMBER: I have had this before. I know what it tastes like, AND ITS KILLING Me ! IS IT REAL HUNGER OR HEAD & HEART HUNGER?

Weighed in at 206.5 yesterday-- I think I started at 210 so that's 3.5 down so far!

I've been absent from here but for just crazy reasons of not being able to get to computer-- carving out the time starting today and for the rest of the time-- kind of starting from the top though and just DOING IT!!!

I am back. The memorial is going to be Wednesday. But since I can't go I am putting my mind back on me.

Managed to only gain a couple of ounces. LOL!!! So let's put it at 240. BUT I did exercise some yesterday.
