Went over my calorie range, but I'm back on track this morning. Yesterday my scale showed a release of weight, however, this morning the number was up. I believe I'm retaining water. Oh, well. I'm disappointed, but my plan is to just accept it, move on, and focus on what I CAN do.

Sunday: went over calories today, but that was my first time all week so its okay

Breakfast: ww scone w/ butter and jam; banana w/ lf cottage cheese (531)

Lunch: turkey w/ roasted root veggies and mayo (402)

Dinner: fresh made white pasta w/ various pestos and veggies and parm cheese; two clementines

Snack: flax seed chips w/ guacamole (307)

Anything Goes: chocolate covered nuts (255)

Total: 2189 (289 over range)

Sadly I have to come back to correct this. I ate another 500+ calories after posting this... 2700 total WAAAAY too much.

Oh well, back on track today!

I'm feeling much better, thanks! I think having a cold helped keep my appetite down. I feel like all I've done for the last two days is sit around, play games, and eat, but I've had little trouble staying within my calories. I might even actually for the first time in my life, LOSE a pound over Christmas!!!!

yesterday started out good -- then... too many leftovers. Funny, what got me is feeling guilty about all that food sitting around. So, today, I'm starting again! AND, I am NOW getting up to go bag up leftovers into individual meals and FREEZE them!!!

Hi All,

Last nights party was fun, didin't eat to bad.

Had a nice Christmas kids and grandhids we here. Set up our Wii, not just have to learn how to use it.

The kids had a great time, but they knlw all that computer game stuff.

Not even counting today, regular meals were ok but way too many cookies etc.

I am only around 900 calories right now, so I am going to have to try to eat a little more. Hopefully something healthy as my body needs something with nutritional value. I had some olive oil chips today. They are so good, but I know they are a trigger food, so that is pretty much all I have had today. I got called off from work, which stressed me out. Ive got to snap out of it.

Calorie range will be 1400 - 1600.

Starting weight: 208 (THAT"S DOWN TWO POUNDS Y"ALL!!!)
Calorie Range still 1700-1900 with a planned day to go higher about once a week... that happened accidentally last week, this week I'll go for planned but not sure when yet.
