Count me in! 5 lbs by October 31... (trying to remember to only aim for 5 lbs at a time. I really wanted to aim for 10. but 5 is good. then I will reach for the other 5!! :-D

Goal= no french fries for October (WOW. going to be a challenge but I can do it!)
64 ox of water at least
stick to my diet plan.

Five pounds by Halloween. I'm in.

I'm also shooting for these two goals...big ones for me.

1) No soda
2) At least 10 min. exercise of some form every day.

5 lbs for me: 151 goal.

We go on a cruise in October, and I'm really hoping this Beck stuff helps me through the abundance of food. It has to. I've been working too hard the last 5 weeks to go off track now! This will be my big test...

Hubby and I have signed up to walk a half marathon on November 7, so my Holloween goal is to be down at least 5 pounds. The training will help meet this goal, and it will be less weight to drag around!

Ooooooooo!
Reading Cindi's post about Thanksgiving got me excited. I have committed to 5 lbs per month as Dr. Beck suggested so I figure just a bit over 5 pounds by Halloween and the thought of being down 10 pounds by Turkey day excites me.

Right now, I don't think it would be too much to hope to weigh 160 by Halloween. With the progress I've made in the last two weeks I think I can do it. Then maybe another 5 by Thanksgiving?! I hope so. Either way, I'll take it one day at a time.

Halloween is my niece's wedding, so I'm using it as a goal date. I'm aiming for:

-exercise for 5 out of every 7 days between now and Thanksgiving, for a minimum of 30 minutes cardio
-eating within calorie range daily NO CHOICE
-down into the 150's (that's 5+ pounds)
-fit into a dress I've picked out to wear and look good.

Right now I'm going back to making my own diet using what has worked in the past and tweaking it. I hope by Halloween to have lost about 5 pounds. I think I'm moving in the right direction, so hopefully it will be doable.

I want to stick with my Atkins Diet and the Beck Solution diligently and be down about 20 pounds by Halloween. That would be wonderful.
