I would like to lose 10 lbs, not to unrealistic of a goal
If I bite it, I write it.
Eat veggies at least twice a day
Continue reading my Beck book and doing everything it suggests.
Do the 3 mile WATP DVD
Teach Cody to come when called.
Make some knitted dishcloths,
Not complain about the hot weather
Participate more on this team
