Let's see how I did with my "Goals for October"

1) Add cardio to days I do strength - I did this until I started working again.
2) Continue rec classes - DONE!
3) Measure my food; be strict with eating - Nope
4) Get my house in order - Nope
5) Paint front room and bedroom - painted master bath.
6) Work in the yard - Did some work in the yard, but not much
7) Get finances under control and paperwork in order - Finances under control; paperwork no!

I wrote my goals thinking I was going to be home all the time and then got a job, so I didn't make it.

Feeling healthy is much better than ANY food tastes!!!

1. lose a pound a week
2. Maintain while on vacation
3. exercise 5 days a week- cardio
4. stay OP every day- with extra calories on vacation to maintain
5. Wine only once a week
6. Treat myself weekly in a healthy way

- Stay within calorie ranges at least 25 days
- Eat one serving of nuts at least 25 days
- Strength train each body part twice each week
- 30 minutes cardio 4 times each week
- Plan to lose 8 pounds - down to 195 or so

1. Exercise for 30 min each day.

2. Read NEEDED BECK CARDS daily.

3. Eat 5 fruit/veggies per day.

4. Stay within cal range if I do no more than 200 cals. (comprising a little I know. Trying not to set myself to high. )
5. It would nice to Lose 1 pound or 2 so I will put this out there.

2) stay within calorie guidelines
3) meet with nutritionist at JCC
4) lose 1-2 pounds per week
5) work with Beck book
6) no more excuses
