Let's see how I did with my "Goals for October"
1) Add cardio to days I do strength - I did this until I started working again.
2) Continue rec classes - DONE!
3) Measure my food; be strict with eating - Nope
4) Get my house in order - Nope
5) Paint front room and bedroom - painted master bath.
6) Work in the yard - Did some work in the yard, but not much
7) Get finances under control and paperwork in order - Finances under control; paperwork no!
I wrote my goals thinking I was going to be home all the time and then got a job, so I didn't make it.
Feeling healthy is much better than ANY food tastes!!!
STG - Have a 4 week streak!
