To continue becoming healthy and achieve goal weight by June 28 (my neice's wedding) 1) To continue eating healthily. 2) To continue exercising regularly. 3) To incorporate strength training regularly.
To get my household duties under control 1) To use my weekly schedule regularly 2) To get my finances in order by setting up a working budget and keep up with them. 3) To get my house in order and schedule myself so it stays that way.
Finish decorating my house 1) Paint remaining rooms 2) Complete landscaping of yard 3) Clean out basement and garage
Personally 1) Make time daily for prayer and Bible study 2) Put more time into my Sunday School lesson 3) Stop procrastinating 4) Spend more time with hubby
Feeling healthy is much better than ANY food tastes!!!
This is my Year of Healthy Living. A friend of mine does a yearly theme rather than individual resolutions. That said, here are my goals:
1. down to goal weight of 126 2. daily yoga/Pilates/PT routine 3. back to ballet class 4. eat clean: organic and as close to the source as possible. 5. learn Alexander Technique 6. rework vocal technique
and for fun:
7. be able to do a clean cartwheel by the end of the year.
