There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
After having spread the spark by leaving fliers in so many locations on Fri. (Show your SPARK Day), I thought of an OBVIOUS place to leave fliers which I couldn't BELIEVE I hadn't thought of before:
In the waiting room at my private practice! DOH!
And then I thought, wait a minute...most of us on this team are connected to SOME sort of health service in which folks are trying to improve or maintain their health...has everyone out there put SparkPeople fliers where you work? In waiting rooms...?
That could really give SP some great exposure folks...let's keep spreading the spark!
