I have seen many a Pt. that c/o "too tight casts" but sometimes the Dr.chooses to ignore it...The Patient survives ok. but then sometimes has a case of "trigger finger" or CTS and I wonder if the cast aggravated or perpetuated a worse problem than it would normally have been.

My gripe today is nothing compared to yours never the less I kept my cool. I do not drive and I booked a cab for 5.15am. to get me to work.5.20 came still no cab. I phoned them. I ended up phoning them 40 times. No exaggeration! All I heard was a voice mail message telling me how well they served the community then a female voice saying that no messages could be received at this time. 7.05 am I managed to get an answer. The cab came and the driver quite smartly told me someone had been at my place at 5.15am and I wasn't there. "No,no"I told him I was there. He then asked me why I didn't call the company! He almost got my cell phone in the face, but as I said, I kept my cool. Phyllis

GL with that foot! Whew! Glad you've gotten it straightened around!
No biggies here, just grumbling over a client situation which demands that I get to work an hour earlier which is going to cut into my morning treadmill time and I just don't think I can manage getting up an hour earlier. My day is jam-packed until 8 pm tomorrow and I know I won't be up for any workouts then...grrr!

Good thing that you went back to have them re-do your cast.(I was confused with reading your message...you were saying case and it took me alittle to figure it out)But you did the right thing by going back...I hope they documented what you foot looked like, I am sure hoping they will not expect you to pay, but with proper documention you should me fine.
I am on vacation this week, so no complaints here...
Hope that foot and ankle are feeling better in no time...

Whoa girl! That's some pretty rough stuff. Glad you still have your toes!
Don't have any co-workers on my last nerve these days. But I have to agree that redirecting our frustrations into more positive behaviors like sparking and working out etc. will keep us younger, happier and healthier not to mention, fun to be around.
You have a great attitude! Stay sharp, sassy and keep on sparking sister!

This is some BULLS$%^&, Bull, Ok, last night I had to make an unexpected trip to the hospital. It seems like the Dr. that had treated me on Wednesday had put the cast around my toes and feet too tight. My toes start to look like sausages. I asked someone to come over to give me an opined on how my foot. Also help me cut about two inches in the dressing so it could relieve some of the pressures that that I was experiencing from my toes a looking like a little cherry tomatoes to the size of pancake. My ankle was feeling fine. Remember I went into the hospital to have my anklet checked out and after six hours later I was walking out with my ankle in a very large case. The next day .I went back into the hospital to show them the nice work the doctor perform on my ankle Once the nurse took one look at my feet she went into emergency mode and start removing the cases. Once the nurse start removing the bandages my foot started to feel better. But, if that hospital thinks that it is going to receiving payment for two visits they will be getting a rude awaking. Because the second injury was caused by them
Now, that I got that off my chest what is disturbing you or did a coworker work your last nerve today. You can tell me about it because I do not know anyone. Once you get it off your chest start on you excises and” Work It Girl”
