“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Wishing you a full and speedy pain-free recovery, Daz!!!

Because I have problems with my hands I was unable to thank each and every one of you who was prayed for me to have a speedy recovery. YES, prays works. For some of the team members who was not aware of it I had a set back, After being hit twice by the same car while I was walking into the shopping last year,. The damager was so serious that the doctors wanted to amputate my foot but my family fought against it. And after a year and a half I was doing excellent. Until the last couple of weeks that is when I started slaking off with my huddles. I had to render to the pain it became intolerable and my ankle have swollen to the size of a grapefruit. Than I took matters into my own hands and went to the Emergency Room at the hospital. My vitals was off the chart I was given an injection for the pain and I was told that I had tendonitis, arthritis and problems with my achilillies. To solve some of my discomfort the doctors thought it would be in my best interest if my ankle was kept stable by putting t into a case and keeping me off my feet for 2- 6 weeks or less. So, Daz is back with her corny jokes. Now, let’s get to Sparking
