I have a 3 year old that tries to to my Biggest Loser workout dvds with me but she ends up being right up on top of me and in my way.. but it is cute seeing her try! LOL She likes to jump on her little trampoline when I'm on my elliptical. She can walk 2 miles already but she goes at a pace that's slow for me honestly. I'm trying to come up with something that I can do that will keep her active, but that will get my heartrate up and going so I actually feel like I'm getting a workout. 2 miles in an hour feels really boring to me even though it's great for her. Any suggestions on what I can do besides joining a gym and sticking her in their daycare while I go workout in the gym?

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Hi all! It's been requested that I maybe do a post on fitness tips. I'm going to start this tomorrow and try to keep up with it regularly.
