Sorry, I was looking for cottage cheese listed as an ingredient and didn't see it.

Thanks for clearing that up for me....

More on the Reese's Fat Bomb from Phyllis:

LINDA, Under Recipes, it is the first recipe of The Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Fat Bomb. I added about 1 1/2 tbsp of cottage cheese on the day I had no HWC. Now, I add both....Either way, it is yummy.

Ohhh....I do love crunchy pb in my fat bombs too, Linda. Just gives that crunch that sometimes I miss on this way of eating!

Thanks Kristin. I plan on making this tomorrow.....

I don't have any smooth PB but will use the crunchy I have on hand, even if it does have a bit of sugar in it.....

Another delicious recipe posted by MISSCUS:

Reese's Fat Bomb Recipe

2 tbsp Peanut butter measured.1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream, not light, but HWCream
1 tsp of xylitol, or a packet of artificial sweetener of your choice, splenda is good for sweetness
Allspice, 1/4 tsp, however, I find that if I hold the spice jar over the little container, and rap it sharply 7 times on the bottom of jar with a butter knife, it's quick and easy, and the allspice goes right into the little bowl, and not all over the counter when trying to shake it out. That doesn't work. A measuring spoon works, but just rapping the opened spice jar over the bowl is much quicker, and I do like anything quick.
I then use the butter knife to stir the whole thing and then put it in freezer for an hour or so. I don't forget to eat it because it knows my name....LOL

IF you are using MFP for tracking, you can search recipes or foods listed by me, my name on MFP is phyanne, and I've inputted the recipe with the name Ketogenic Reese's Fat Bomb. I've already put in all the macros, so it should add to your tracker nicely.

Last edit, I ordered the anchor hocking 6 oz pyrex type bowls from amazon for I think 6.99 or so, and I do love them and I think they work awesome for this and other frozen treats, as compared to plastic, BUT the little 4 oz plastic Glad containers with the blue lids, you can buy at Walmart for a few bucks, also work perfectly. I like the glass because they stay frozen while you are eating them. The plastic lets the fat bomb warm up in your hand and I didn't like that. However, a rounded small coffee cup also works nicely. A thin teacup might break cause frozen you do have to use a bit of pressure to spoon it out. But a thicker teacup w rounded bottom might be nice though.
