I also buy oranges all the time, and will have to look to see if there are tangerines, because they are not always there and available. So happy that you enjoyed the article.

Hey Dee, your'e right. I eat oranges all the time. They're a staple for me. Tangerines are seldom on my radar. The only time I generally think of them is when I see they are on sale or I notice them in the produce aisle. Oranges, on the other hand, tend to always end up on my shopping list. I want to change that and try to think of tangerines in the same way I think of oranges.

I like all those too. I probably eat apples, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes the most...followed by prunes, grapefruit, and cranberries (dried). I have to admit, I will usually reach for an orange before a tangerine. Don't know why.

Thanks for posting.

This is very good. I eat most of these all the time. The only ones I don't normally eat are tangerines and dried plums[prunes] and that's only because I don't think of them. I'm going shopping this evening, and I'll pick up both of them. Thes power fruits make wonderful snacks in addition to all the health benefits listed. I don't eat lots of cakes, cookies, pies, etc. So, I get my fill on fruits.
