Thanks for the article Will. It is also cheaper to shop the perimeter of the store.

Cattur - two things 1) My husband would be so jealous if I told him you went to a Red Sox game. They are his favorite team. 2) I know what you mean about the eating out and getting really sick from it.

Thanks for sharing the great article. I do most of my shopping in the outer parimeter of the grocery store now days. Most all the processed stuff is in the middle aisles!

Thanks, Will. It does help to reinforce what we're doing for ourselves is so important!

Last night I went to the Red Sox game with my nephew (age 26)and we made our usual stop at Boston Beer Works where I ordered a burger and sweet potato fries. This was my usual fare in the past. I was SO SICK all night, I can barely stand myself for doing it. lol That's the kind of reminder that sticks with you!

Back on track this morning, that's for sure!

Here is a neat article about the importance of eating whole foods. There isnít anything new being reported. It is a great reminder that the more whole foods we eat, the better because that is what is most healthy for us.

The gist of the article stresses the importance of eating those foods on the perimeter of the supermarket, because it is there where you will find the foods in their most natural state. Enjoy the article. There are links to other resources as well.
