Vegetarian and More! (Rosensweig)
I saw this book while shopping while my sister was here, and borrowed from the library last night. I haven't cooked anything yet, but so far it looks very promising.
The premise of the book is to provide recipes for mixed veg*n/omni families. Almost all of the recipes are designed so that an animal product can be added to half of the recipe at the end. Two meals -- one veg, one not -- without twice the effort.
This is not a whole foods cookbook, but the premise is intriguing.
