Here is a wonderful recipe for Blueberry breakfast cake from one of my favorite healthy vegan websites. As you can see from the recipe, it has no added oil, only applesauce and is made with whole wheat pastry flour which is much more healthy than white. It is very moist and the calorie count is reasonable.
I love to bake, and I love having a little treat from time to time, but I've found that most of the lowcal recipes on SP have so many processed ingredients in them. Do any of you have any good recipes to share using whole/real foods, you know no egg beaters or splenda?
