I would look at dried legumes, spices, and other sauces for the pantry. As for Fresh Produce I only buy for a couple of days at a time.

Well, I only listed pantry items. I can also add things that don't go in the pantry. Fresh limes or lemons, tomatoes, and plenty of frozen fruits and veggies.

I just got back from Whole Foods, got my organic spinich, swiss chard, kale and cherry tomatoes, broccolette along with some bulk black rice, it is a new favorite of mine.

These are huge staples for me that are in the pantry:

Quinoa
Oatmeal
Couscous
Polenta
Whole natural Peanut butter
Bags of lima beans, pinto beans, garbanzo beans
Garlic powder
Ginger
Parsley
Vinegar
Lite/low sodium soy sauce
