If you go and search in Spark, you can find websites with recipes and information on ramps, which I did because did not know what they were.

I just bought some ramps at my Whole Foods. They were on sale & locally grown so I thought I'd try something new. Can anyone tell me how to cook them? I like my veggies as simple as possible, so any simple recipes out there?
