Hi - I'm truely going to try to track my food. Not the best at that and ithasn't been the easiest for me - right off the bat i drink a breakfast shake that includes, brewer's yeast, grownd flaxseed and complete (a powder of veggie and fruit with soy) Does anyone have any idea of how many calories etc are in the BY? OR how to find out? Thank you for any help you can give.... donna
