I have used quinoa with walnuts, soy milk and sometimes a touch of pure maple syrup or honey. Blueberries with it is great, too.
I just bought some quinoa flakes at the health food store, but haven't tried them yet because I'm still off of all grains for a while (to get the yeast under control again).
My naturopath suggests quinoa over all other grains since it has more protein than the others and less glycemic impact.
Leftover brown rice heated with cinnamon raisins and some milk or soy milk tastes sort of like rice pudding.
Also heard Amaranth (sp?) is a useful grain, but haven't tried it yet. Kasha works, too.
Now I am hungry! LOL
