Last night I slept more than 8 hours! I average about 7.3 hours. Had trouble signing into my dial-up internet service this morning. OK now. My partner is still stressed out. Better though. I skipped some exercise yesterday. Doing pretty well otherwise. Probably on the computer a lot today to do an online course. Well-rested. Maybe do Pilates today.

Well my weight is back to what it was! Still drinking the diet Cokes, but I'll try to drink more water. My partner's mother is dying, and he is so stressed out he threatened to take pills and alcohol to kill himself. It's so terrible. He's watching TV right now. We are both mentally disabled. I have to take care of myself though and not get pulled into the quicksand!

Well, I gained some weight celebrating my weight loss. Had fun, but now I have to get back on track. Maybe I'll do a dvd workout tonight as well. As long as I got my head screwed down to my shoulders, I'm all right!!!! Drinking water, eating some fruit, today I had a chocolate shake, so that was bad. Looking forward to better days possibly in summer.

I am here! I decided to bring my aquarium lamp upstairs in th attic where I keep my computer. It's so pretty! I am starting the weekend early with rum and diet Cokes! Later I am picking up some Just for Men hair color for my partner, and some plants for my window box. My sister and I are celebrating my weight loss: 17 pounds since October. HMMMMM, I have so many! Mine is consistently go to bed by 10:30-11:00 each night and get up btwn 8-9a. I try to schedule things during the morning hours and I am trying to detech. earlier. I was inconsistent at taking my hormones and now that I am, it seems like i am sleeping better. I am still waking up during the wee morning hours. I have a hard time sleeping due to pain as well.

I am planning on doing the following: buying some supplements and buying a u-shaped pillow body pillow.

My long term goal is to get down to 155 lbs. especially for my 30th class reunion, in 2015.

I am not going to tiptoe through life to end up safely at death

HELLO EVERYONE......... IT'S BEEN A BUSY DAY FOR ME ALREADY......... GETTING PHONE NUMBERS TO ALL THE UTILITIES...... BANK AND NEW ADDRESS.... I WANT TO START TRANSFERRING THINGS SOME TIME THIS COMING WEEK....... MY NIGHT WAS NOT TO BAD..... I'M GOING TO BE TRYING HARDER THIS WEEK TO GET THINGS IN CHECK......... I FEEL GOOD ABOUT IT..... AND I WANT TO DO IT....... I REALLY NEED TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT I GAINED...... I'M SO HAPPY TO SEE SUMMER IS ROLLING IN SOON..... AND I WANT TO GET MORE WALKING DONE ONCE I MOVE......
