Yesterday, all was well... but I didn't get enough sleep (up too late so hubby and I could talk without little ears present... I sometimes hate that summer pushes bedtime back, LOL)... not exactly the day for trying something new, but I'll be looking for an opportunity!

But here's a queer thought... if we all agree that we know the cure for obesity, and we've spent billions on educations and programs - why are we getting fatter?
