Although I'm reading this late, I did do it. I wore shorts to the gym and felt SO awkward. I'd catch glimpses of myself in the mirror and would zone in on my inner thigh fat; before thinking anything negative I'd think: Shut up and lift! (I saw it on a shirt once and loved it!) Before I knew it the class had flown by!

Your goal today is to speak kindly.... to yourself. It is challenging at times and becomes a second nature to talk down to ourselves. It is easier to pick ourselves apart and find our perceived flaws. Today I want you to make it your mission to speak kindly to yourself. When you feel the negativity creeping in, work to put the breaks on it and replace it with kindness and sympathy. Speak to yourself like you would someone you love... because we all need to love ourselves more!
