Tomorrow isn't *technically* July 1st, but it *is* going tto be Monday and what better day to begin new challenge than Monday?
This challenge is going to be simplistic, but intense. Simplistic because we're goint to focus only on three things. Intense because we're going to put our hearts ans souls into these three goals fir the duration of the month.
Here's how it's going to work: I want everyone to think of your life and how these three areas are for you - nutrition, fitness and misc (the misc can qualify for all other areas of your life: sleep, stress, social, work, organization, etc). Now, I want everyone to think about areas these categories need tweaking to help esttablish balance in your life.
Here are some ideas to get you thinking.........
Nutrition: Eating more freggies Drinking more water Eating when hungry Stopping when full Tracking nutrition Eating intuitively Listening to your body when/after you eat Being mindful when you eat Reducing the amount of times you eat out Etc.
Fitness: Adding in strength training/flexibility/more cardio Getting up earlier to get exercise in Fitting in a walk during the day Increasing NEAT activity Getting more steps during the day Etc.
Other: This is where you figure out other areas you need focus including (but not limited to) Getting more sleep (go to bed earlier/sleep in later) Working to reduce stress Being more organized Spending more time away from electronics (computer, Facebook, Etc) Taking time to yourself daily Reading for s set time each day Meditating Etc......
Each day we will report in with how we did in each category and will give us a chance to reflect on how you did. The whole idea of thus challenge is to work on building consistency in these areas. Don't make your goals too complicated, but do make them challenging enough to where you will feel good working on them each day.
For today, all I want you to do is just think about what you want to work on and we'll start tomorrow!
