What a great way to spend time with your daughter. I am off to walk to the grocery store 20 minutes there & 20 minutes back. Think I'll burn more calories on the way back with additional weight to cary

Start easy, start slow and commit to 10 minutes more per day of excercise. That can be anything!!!
A walk around the block. A ride on your bike A trip to the gym A swim in the pool
If you look at the fitness section of the start page you'll see all kinds of creative ways to exercise. I shoveled snow last Sunday and received 30 cardio minutes. Do you have a Wii or a PS3 or other game console. There's all sorts of coll exercises.
Get creative and gimme 10 good minutes.
