I tried Weight Watchers for a 10 pound gain and as always they are a good solid program. They are putting more emphasis on protein with their points plus plan but it would still be up to you to keep your carb intake down. Sometimes it's just the weekly accountability that we need and they do a good job of that and of motivating you for the coming week. Good Luck!

I gained 30+ pounds when I was pregnant and lost it doing a protein-enhanced diet. After losing the weight (took about 3 months), I switched to WW+ to keep track of how I eat. It's keeping my weight right where I want it to be.
Wondering if anyone who had gastric bypass and regained some weight tried weight watchers point plus to lose? any good/bad information would be appreciated...I have gastric bypass 4 yrs ago and have regained 30 lbs...wondered if ww would work for me. thanks for your feed back...:)
