OVER on most, but I'm not sure about the timing on the additional 20 minutes of movement. My DH and I attempted 20 minutes of a Pilates with resistance bands DVD. I know we got 20 minutes of laughter in and maybe a few of stretching and attempting but not much else. I did however do more stretching afterward. =)

over all movement requirements

now we need to focus on cals in:

no less than 1200 (I struggle on the weekends with eating and moving minimums)
no more than 1600 (1800 on special days / dates)

OVER all

minimum requirements:

10 min movement or exercise a day -- no matter what!

aim for:

30 min walking/jogging
20 min additional movement (strength, tone, balance, etc)
10000 steps a day
5 miles a day

I was hit with a major case of lIfe-interupt-us, but I'm now OVER it.
I've had to re-evaluate goals and expectations, and I fially got AROUND to it.
I am on my way to being better now that I've gone THROUGH the process.
Being UNDER the influence of POSITIVE thinking is helping me recover more quickly to life's little let downs.

I have been UNDER the weather and UNDER my goals. I will be trying to get back to OVER on my goals now that I'm a little less medicated.

AROUND: Although most of yesterday got ahead of me and I was still able to get AROUND to reaching my goals!

OVER: I went over all my goals but one. (activity, steps and miles)

UNDER: I was under my calorie burn goal for the day -- but I still met the calorie deficit.

A FUN way to keep us accountable. Here is how it works: You pick the goal you want to track -- for this example I will choose 60 very active minutes on my FITBIT tracker daily.

Over - more than 60 minutes
Under - less than 60 minutes
Around - getting around to it later in the day
Through - just making it through the day ( I have these occasionally)

If you want to get better feed back on your efforts -- such as a goodie or two -- then you might want to let us know what you are tracking. For example: I'm doing good if I'm OVER on my activity but not so well if I'm tracking my calories.

I'll start: Today I've not yet gotten AROUND to my activity soooooooo
