Steph dropped out of the group TOTALLY. I've been trying to reach her but with no success. I wasn't even able to get her attention when we stopped by her house. I really miss her and her chatter.

Cheryl told me she would be busy the next week or so on business. I'm sure will be back online as soon as she is able.

I'm mostly just melancholy for the days when everyone was here and relatively happy. Lots of chatter and cheer. I hope we get them back again....soon!

Steph.... you've lead a very sheltered life. The song is from Santa Claus is Comin' to Town (ABC TV special aired 1970, created by Rankin/Bass -- a Christmas broadcast classic these days). It was actually the WINTER WARLOCK that the song is sung to and eventually by. Santa Claus wanted to help the Winter Warlock change from mean to nice and told him that it could happen if he only took the first step and then another. I have a copy at my house if ya wanna see it... it's awsome and I never have to wait til DECEMBER to watch it cuz I have the Spirit of Christmas at my house every day! (really -- all you have to do is look and you will see little Christmas trinkets and books and notions around)

Rhonda, thanks for that --- I couldn't ask for a better song to be stuck in my head today 8D

emoticon emoticon emoticon Steph, that is emoticon and it doesn't matter how many trips it took.... i notice i had 877 steps at 5pm and jumped on the trampoline after dinner -- 5326 steps - 2.64 miles in 32 min -- total for the day.

Call me next time you wanna walk cuz you motivate me... I mostly worked on the 'puter and fixed food for the week -- not much room to walk in the kitchen. Next week I'm setting a timer to go off and remind me to get up and move.

My list includes:
getting past my weight plateu (woohoo i seem to have passed it )
getting over the statistical slump i was in ( woohoo on this too!)
getting over my fear of shopping and getting the needed clothing replacements (check and check)
actually signing up for the COLOR RUN (done that)

learning how to control driving on the xbox kinect (my grandkids slay me) -- practice more
get better at getting better -- taking baby steps, keep notes, and learn from the mistakes
prepare for my 15th wedding anniversay / 2nd honeymoon -- processing with hubby
get my promise ring back from the jewlers in time for it all -- should be in by Friday

most of the items are rewards in themselves -- This was already scheduled for April but the 2nd reset on SPARK caused me to push things through faster in order to feel like I accompolished something in March 8)

Way to go Erin, I love your challenges....I will work on them now to catch up :). I was at a training the last few days, and didn't have access other than my phone and it is really hard to do sparkpeople on my phone :( So, now I am up and running full force :D.

Why is it I'm always late to these things and then having to play catch up??!?!?

water done... 8 and then some
1/2 hour saturday... and then some -- blame STEPH emoticon (i'm sure to put in my hour sun a.m. as well)
25 wallups...did 26 not on purpose, i just forgot how many i should do emoticon
25 squats.... since i did my water in batches i did the squats that way as well... 5 now, 5 later, and so on... but they're done... emoticon
