Right now i'm doing P90X (making it my own) and starting to slowly train for another half marathon.
My nutrition plan is following the Abs Diet. Healthy, balanced, realistic. Just the way I like it!
My other Fit Favs are cycling, yoga, turbo jam and taking DS out for a walk in the stroller. If only I could find time to work on my swimming, I may someday try a Tri.
