It is this simple
between NOW and TOMORROW
do ten minutes of any type of exercise...
or do 50 sit ups...
or 50 push ups
or something you feel is worth sharing with me that has burned off some extra calories..
Maybe you simply cut your calories for a change...and treated yourself right...
but do it NOW...
EMAIL ME as soon as you are done!!!!!!!!!!!!
you should have MY EMAIL rather than SPARK MAIL...
