Okay Sue I am here and I am SORE- So far today I did 75 crunches, the wall thing from The Biggest Loser for 1 minutes (it's a killer!!) I did 15 minutes on my exercise bike and 20 minutes on the tread- Oh,, and the "Oars" from a previous challenge at that "other" place Jan PS I can't do "sit-ups" ,I have to modify due to a hernia :)

don't you mean FEBRUARY challenge LOL...yes, i know our monday came a day late
i did 25 sits ups and my body doesnt like me but i'll live...would be much easier without the gut in the way LOL
i had to run to the bank but instead of going to the one with the drive-thru (which i would go out of my way to get there...lame eh?) i went to the one closeby and walked-in because they have no drive-thru services. nothing major but more than i would of done otherwise.
i did 50 step ups...something my trainer had me do back last summer but i had issues with my knees. its a strengthening exercise. i did a lower step version because blowing out your knee when you're home alone with two small children on the way over to be babysat is kinda asking for problems. i've been avoiding them and i really shouldnt. my knees should be top priority.
