WATER... I'm going to get back on that ... I've slacked. BUT this week I have only had one can of diet pop.

I did NOT eat breakfast today. I didn't feel good this morning. However I have not over eaten today. I went out for lunch today with my family and ate well, even though it was mexican, I did not over eat. I took home a box of food.
I am planning my menu for tomorrow and KNOW I will eat OATMEAL tomorrow morning for breakfast!! I will NOT skip breakfast tomorrow.
Since I know that I have a walking date tomorrow with my friend, I am gunning for four meals tomorrow. Small steps...*smile.. I can do this!
Eating breakfast, and eating regular meals during the days. And to be specific...healthy meals...not to eat while emotional, and not to eat mindlessly or grazing. I plan everyone else's meals...hmmmmmm
Let's start the year of right...Choose ONE thing that you want to be consistent this week...water intake, exercise, regular bedtime, whatever! This should be a little easier with the holidays out of the way...Just follow the template:
