my goal weight 139
I get so close then band the weight goes up
147 two weeks ago now 155
I'm working on a goal list but haven't finished it yet.
God grant me the serenity to change the things I can, to accept the things I cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference.
If i can manage to stay on the path I am on 2014 will be the year I reach my goal weight. So that is my biggest goal for the year.
Smaller ones include increasing my water intake and varrying my fitness activities...

keep Moving Forward
Here we are nearing the end of the year. How many of you will be making New Year's resolutions or revamping some of your goals? Will your goals be similar to this year or do you plan to make vast changes? Just what are your goals for 2014?
I'm not big on resolutions, but I do need to make some changes in the upcoming year.
My goals are:
~ Join local Y and go 3 times/ week to do pool exercises.
~ Walk 1500 steps 5 days a week. ( I had to lower the amount of steps because I learned that going much higher triggers my fibro)
~ Incorporate more fruits and veggies by making smoothies.
~ Keep a pain journal
~ Participate on Fly Lady Team to try and get this apartment a lot less cluttered!!
~ Attend Bible Studies at Church and do the homework.
