We all know that we gain weight by somehow ignoring ourselves...and ultimately, our bodies.
The 220-ville Spa is asking that all of 220-ville residents step into the Towne Spa AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK and do something to pamper yourself!
At least once a week, try to get back in touch with your body/beauty. You are being challenged to do something out of your regular routine.
Bubble bath with Candles/music
Use a fragrant lotion for all over moisturizing
Paint your nails a new color
Spend more than 3 minutes shaving your legs, then moisturize with baby oil
Cut/color your hair
Buy new makeup
Put on your makeup
Buy a teeth whitening kit
Buy a new perfume or use an old favorite
Do an at home facial or go get one professionally
Buy a new anti-aging creme, or USE the one you have
Get a massage
and/or basically anything else that you could imagine that would PAMPER and RECONNECT you to your body and your beauty. Because you ARE beautiful, even if you have forgotten that.

This is a real challenge, and will help our weight-loss efforts by staying in-touch with our bodies and soothing our souls!
