Thanks for reminding us that we can add a goal to our start page. I track my miles on my goal page for another team, but to be able to see my miles each day is great. I also like that I can track my miles thru my fitbit. My goal is 10,000 steps per day but I try to exceed it.

If you go to fitbit "settings" and go to "applications" you should be able to sync sparkpeople to fitbit. To sync fitbit to sparkpeople (or turn it off) go to your fitness page

Debby how do you sync spark to fitbit as opposed to syncing fitbit to spark. I don't like the calorie burn that I get from syncing fitbit to spark.

I don't sleep with mine either. Sleep has never been an issue with me.

That's exactly what I did. Links on that section allow you to either "add" or "edit" goals! It even put it at the top--first thing to check off.

I've been 3 of 3 for walking the last week of April (not counting Sunday), but I'm still thinking on how to start of May 1st. -- My day starts at 5:30am and is scheduled until about 8pm.
