Welcome to the Gobble till you Wobble club Laura! Awesome that you and your husband are doing goals together.... it makes it so much easier... more fun.... and just all around nice to have a partner going thru it all with you. Eric and I did Weight Watchers together about 4 years ago... it was our first time to "diet". It was great. In a 9 month period he lost 105 lbs and I lost 60 lbs... we both met our goals. I think it was so much easier for both of us to do it together... and for me.. especially the exercising. For not any good reason... weight has crept back up on both of us... so here we are again. I refuse to become lax once we are maintaining, as we did the last time! Our spouses are our best partners to help us reach our goals.

Me too. I ate for 3 days. My company left this morning. Tomorrow hubby and I are starting a little workout challenge and healthy eating goal. I'd like to lose a few pounds before Christmas.

Hangs head in deep shame! I did! I gobbled till I wobbled on Thanksgiving day. Not used to eating that way. It was not the amount I ate... it was that I prepared everything with full sugar..no substitutes... full fat... no skimping there... etc. I did eat in moderation tho... had a taste of EVERYTHING.. some with a normal serving and some with just a taste. But that is more food at one sitting then I have been used to. SO... I gobbled till I wobbled. *sigh* I loved it tho! Good food... family... relaxing day. I have much to be thankful for.
