My DH and I have been doing quite a bit of remodeling in the past couple months. I have not really been "dieting", but have been very active and doing lots of moving, bending, stretching, etc. I have not lost any weight, but did notice that my clothes are fitting differently. They are not so tight in some places.
An NSV is a Non Scale Victory. So anything that you find to be an improvement to yourself that isn't the number on the scale going down.
These can be ANYTHING! A pair of pants fitting better, a difficult hill that you walk up becoming easier, even your tastes changing so you prefer Subway over McDonalds! (this one one I had that surprised me!)
Please, don't discount these. They really help you feel better about your journey and they ARE a big deal, no matter what anyone says!
