Here's the challenge ladies:
Todays Team v. Team challenge is to walk/run a 3K and post your time. A 3k is 1.81 miles and we want you to post your time. This is a starting point so don't feel bad about it. It is something to work from so that by the end of this 14 week challenge we are doing a 5K with ease. So don't forget to post your tiime.
Below is the personal challenge that I challenge each of you to do, couldn't hurt - all you'll do is burn some extra calories. Come on ladies!
Take 5 minutes out of your day to do steps, you can do one step repeatedly or take flights of steps but I want you to do steps for an added calorie burn for 5 minutes. These little burst of energy workouts can add up to weight loss. So push yourself today and see what you have in you!
