The challenge will be for tomorrow 3/20/13. I want everyone to truly push themselves all out for 5 minutes tomorrow. Whether it is the treadmill, bike or elliptical. Push your limits and see how well you do.
When I saw last night the one of the children on the biggest loser is running a 9 minute mile I became inspired to try and see if I can do it. So tomorrow I am going to try. I may not run at 6.5 MPH but I am going to see how close I can come to it.
2/12/13 indivisual challenge. How many steps can you do in 5 minutes. Count them out and work up a sweat. You can 6ust use one step with the wii balance board or an actual step in your house and work it out today for 5 minutes. Don't forget to work up a sweat!
Don't forget to weigh in tomorrow. I would like to have everyone weigh in by tomorrow night. I do have one person having surgery tomorrow so she will not weigh in until later in the weekend when she is awake, so I will not award the winners until Monday. Good Luck to everyone and get your sweat on!

So I have had a few people ask about challenges so I wanted to post a individual challenge to help push ourselves. We will have team vs. team challenges on Tuesdays starting next week but I will post once or twice a week a personal challenge if you want an added push.
Todays Challenge is called "5 Minutes all out Challenge". It is for you to push yourself to your endurance limit for 5 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical. If you have neither you can run like you are on fire outside. ha ha!
I see on the biggest loser the trainers yelling to run all out for 15 seconds. I want you topush yourself. You can do all out for 15 seconds and slow for 45 then all out again for 15 and slow for 45 seconds. You will be amazed what you can do!
