So I have had a few people ask about challenges so I wanted to post a individual challenge to help push ourselves. We will have team vs. team challenges on Tuesdays starting next week but I will post once or twice a week a personal challenge if you want an added push.
Todays Challenge is called "5 Minutes all out Challenge". It is for you to push yourself to your endurance limit for 5 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical. If you have neither you can run like you are on fire outside. ha ha!
I see on the biggest loser the trainers yelling to run all out for 15 seconds. I want you topush yourself. You can do all out for 15 seconds and slow for 45 then all out again for 15 and slow for 45 seconds. You will be amazed what you can do!
